I fell in love with this perfume line when I first met it at Sephora. My favorites scents are Book, Velvet, and Orris. Then something happened that Sephora couldn’t sell it any more. I was super bummed!!! After sometime I thought to look up Commodity again to see if there would be able chance that I could get my hands on the perfume again….there it was. Back in full force. I appreciate the intentionality, freedom, and uniqueness of these perfumes and the company that produces them. I have never liked smelling like other men, same old cologne scents that one can distinguish from a mile away. When people smell me, they know that they’ve never smelled anything like this before. A bravado of Book's Cedarwood and Sandalwood woody essence amplified with smoky, velvety Musks. The herbaceous, dry wood lingers with a subtle smokiness for an inimitable signature trail.

There is no modesty when it comes to the Bold collection. These are amplified renditions of their 'Expressive' counterpart and embody the concept of more is more. Strong, statement scents that will grab attention and make a statement as they fill the room with your presence, these are for you and everyone else.

In Book+ Bold, I also used this as inspiration, but wanted to create a more expressive experience. I amplified the Eucalyptus and Cedar notes of Book by layering in Violet and earthy, deep Vetiver Root, creating a more intense version for the wearer."—Jerome Epinette
